Product Description

  1. Air Freshener is a specialised formulation that changes the properties of odour causing substances. Odours are eliminated rather than being masked with a heavy perfume. The treated area will have a clean neutral odour after using Air Freshener.
  2. Air Freshener is non hazardous and requires no special precautions in use.
  3. Air Freshener is supplied as a super concentrate and comes packed in premeasured sachets to enable easy transfer to the point of use and accurate make up to correct strength.
  4. Each sachet makes five litres of Air Freshener concentrate for refilling spray bottles at the chemical storage cupboard.
  5. Air Freshener is green in colour.

Application Instructions

Mixing of Product

Stock Solution is prepared by adding the contents of one sachet of Air freshener (650ml) to 5 litres of water in the Air Freshener Stock Bottle.
Spray Solution is prepared by adding 54mls (2 pumps) of stock solution to the Air Freshener Spray bottle and then filling the bottle with water.

Freshening of the Air

  1. Spray a few pumps of Air Fresh solution into the Air.
  2. The freshening effect can be enhanced by spraying solution onto curtains and the back of doors.

Control of Odours

  1. Spray Air Fresh directly onto the odour source to neutralise the odour.
  2. Periodic application may be necessary for some odours.
  3. For best results attempt to remove the odour source with a multipurpose cleaner like Scrubs prior to treatment with Air Freshener.

Freshening Laundry

  1. Persistent odours such as urine can be removed from personal items and bedding by adding Air Fresh solution to the final rinse of the wash cycle.
  2. As a starting point try adding 100ml of solution per 10lb wash.

Safety Precautions

  1. The product requires no special precautions in normal use.
  2. As in handling any chemical, avoid contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin.
  3. Use adequate ventilation.
  4. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

First Aid Procedures

Ingestion

  1. Give two glasses of water to dilute.
  2. Call a Doctor.

Skin

Rinse concentrate from the skin with water.

Eyes

If the eyes are contacted, immediately rinse thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
