Product Description

  1. Mops is a neutral multipurpose detergent which can be used for mopping of floors or spray cleaning of tables and other hard surfaces in the Child Care Centre.
  2. Mops is safe for use on pH sensitive flooring systems.
  3. The room will smell clean and fresh after using Mops.
  4. Mops is non hazardous and requires no special precautions in use.
  5. Mops is supplied as a super concentrate and comes packed in premeasured sachets to enable easy and accurate make up to correct strength.
  6. Each sachet makes five liters of mops stock solution.
  7. Stock solution is dispensed from the stock bottle for further dilution at point of use.
  8. Mops is yellow in colour.

Typical Uses

Mixing of Product

  1. Mops stock solution is prepared by diluting the contents of one sachet of Mops(650ml) to 5000ml of water in the mops stock bottle.
  2. Mopping Solution is prepared by adding one pump of mops stock solution to 7.5 liters of warm water in a mop bucket.
  3. Spray Cleaning Solution is prepared by adding one pump of mops stock solution to the mops spray bottle and filling the bottle with water.

Mopping of Floors

  1. Apply diluted mops to the floor.
  2. Use the mop to work the solution over the floor.
  3. Soak up used solution with the mop.

Spray Cleaning of Tables and Hard Surfaces

  1. Apply mops spray solution to the surface.
  2. Wipe over the surface with a clean cloth.

Safety Precautions

  1. The product requires no special precautions in normal use.
  2. As in handling any chemical, avoid contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin.
  3. Use adequate ventilation.
  4. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

First Aid Procedures

Ingestion

  1. Give two glasses of water to dilute.
  2. Induce vomiting by sticking fingers down the throat.
  3. Call a Doctor.

Skin

Rinse concentrate from the skin with water.

Eyes

If the eyes are contacted, immediately rinse thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
