Product Description

  1. Pot Wash is especially formulated to provide a concentrated, effective dish washing liquid which is safe on hands. The product is based on coconut oil derivatives.
  2. Pot Wash is safe for use on all surfaces found in the kitchen.
  3. Pot Wash is non hazardous and requires no special precautions in use.
  4. Pot Wash is supplied as a super concentrate and comes packed in premeasured sachets to enable easy transfer to the point of use and accurate make up to correct strength. Each sachet makes five liters of pot washing detergent.
  5. Pot Wash is green in colour.

Typical Uses

Hand washing of pots, pans, utensils, cups and flatware used in the kitchen and dining areas.

Mixing of Product

  1. Add water to the top of the label of the Pot Wash 5000ml pump bottle.
  2. Add the contents of one sachet of Pot Wash (650ml) to the pump bottle.
  3. Mix the concentrate and water until the concentrate is fully dispersed.
  4. A viscous ready to use pot wash detergent will result from this procedure.

Pot Washing

  1. Add pot wash detergent to the sink. (10ml of product per 15 liters of water.)
  2. Fill the sink to the correct level with hot water.
  3. Immerse items in the wash up solution.
  4. Allow a few moments for the solution to soften soils.
  5. Agitate with a brush or pad to loosen stubborn soils.
  6. Rinse items with clean water and allow to dry.

Safety Precautions

  1. The product requires no special precautions in normal use.
  2. As in handling any chemical, avoid contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin.
  3. Use gloves if hands will be in contact with solution for long periods.
  4. Wash hands thoroughly after use.

First Aid Procedures

Ingestion

  1. Give two glasses of water or milk to dilute.
  2. Induce vomiting by sticking fingers down throat.
  3. Call a Doctor.

Skin

Rinse solution from the skin with water.

EYES

If the eyes are contacted, immediately rinse thoroughly with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
